Printer Mechanisms

A wide range of thermal printer mechanisms and impact printer mechanisms is available to fulfill the majority of printing applications.

Interfaces with serial and parallel input can be integrated within many of the mechanisms to simplify the incorporation of a printing function into new equipment designs. Comprehensive software supports printing of high resolution graphics, barcodes and labels.

Autocutters and paper take-up devices are also available in addition to a full customisation service to tailor software, mechanical design, plastic mouldings and metalwork to your specific requirements.

Thermal Printer Mechanisms

A wide selection of thermal printer mechanisms, including the full APS printer mechanisms range, are available from Martel to fulfil the majority of printing applications with paper widths between 32mm and 114mm.

All thermal printer mechanisms incorporate fixed heads to provide fast, reliable operation and high resolution printing at speeds up to 150mm/sec.

Impact Printer Mechanisms

Martel Instruments are pleased to offer the Epson M100 and M260 ranges of miniature impact dot matrix printer mechanisms.

Suitable for receipt printing, data logging and reporting applications, the impact printer mechanisms in these ranges are capable of printing full dot addressable graphics.

All interfaces are manufactured by Martel Instruments in the UK, and can be customised completely to suit exacting applications.
