Minimal depth
The compact MPP5400 thermal panel printers series incorporate a fixed head mechanism and require minimal depth behind a panel.
Choice of mechanisms and interfaces
A choice of mechanisms is available, providing text and graphics printing or text
only in order to minimise cost. Serial RS232 and Parallel Centronics interfaces are provided as standard and serial TTL is available as a factory option.
Programmable settings
Many different print modes are selectable together with numerous international character sets.
Operation is controlled by a combination of switch settings and external software commands.
Designed for ease of use
A single 5V DC supply is required for ease of use and a self-test facility is incorporated. Paper
changing is simplified by the use of a hinged front to the robust ABS enclosure, which is available with a choice of colours.
