Choice of three column widths
The MCP6701 impact printers incorporates a 24 column miniature impact mechanism capable of printing at 2.5 l/s with an MTBF of 1.5 million text lines. The MCP6702 is a 40 column version printing at 1.5 l/s with an MTBF of 900,000 text lines and the MCP6703 is a 42 column version printing at 1.0 l/s with an MTBF of 700,000 lines.

Versatile power options
Powered from internal NiMH batteries, the MCP6700 series compact impact printers are designed to be trickle charged from a mains power adapter. UK, Euro and US versions of the power adapter are available. The MCP6701X, MCP6702X and MCP6703X are supplied without batteries for use with an external power supply.

Selectable operation modes
Designed for maximum versatility, the compact impact printers are capable of many different modes of operation. These are controlled by a combination of switch settings and external software commands via an RS232C serial interface with an industry standard 25 pin D-type connector.

The MCP6700 series impact printer belong to a family of compact printers housed in Martel's portable case design. Manufactured from robust ABS material that is ideally suited for desktop applications.
